Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only for select wedding craft products.
If you add any non-eligible item to your cart, the COD option will automatically disappear at checkout.
How to Get COD Without Any Hassle:
- 🛒 Step 1: For COD, ensure your cart contains only the eligible COD products.
- 🛒 Step 2: If you also wish to purchase other items (custom-made or non-COD products), please place a separate prepaid order.
💡 Our Recommendation:
We encourage prepaid orders to ensure faster processing, avoid COD handling charges of ₹200, and reduce the need for multiple orders.

Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

Processing Time: 2-4 business days (custom or personalized items may take longer).

Delivery Time: Usually within 4-7 business days across India after dispatch.
📌 Note: Delivery times may vary during peak wedding seasons or due to unforeseen courier delays.
Order Addresses & Multiple Deliveries
- Provide a complete and accurate address along with an active contact number when placing your order.
- Courier partners may contact you or require OTP verification before delivery.
- Orders are shipped only to the address entered at checkout.
- To deliver to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday.
- Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Courier Partners & Delivery
- We partner with trusted courier services for safe and timely deliveries.
- Some deliveries may require signature or OTP verification.
- Once delivered or verified, responsibility for the order transfers to the recipient.
Post-Delivery Policy
We are not responsible for product damage after delivery.

Incorrect Addresses & Undelivered Orders
- We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
- If your order status shows “Delivered” but you have not received it, report the issue within 24 hours for investigation.
